I provide comprehensive Telehealth primary care for adults and teens ages 13 and up, including sick visits, chronic condition management, medication refills, lab orders, preventive care, and general wellness support.

No. Cruz Primary care is a self-pay practice, which allows us to offer affordable, transparent pricing without the limitations of insurance networks.

I offer three main services that are priced as follows:
Sick visits: $80
Primary care or chronic care visits: $120
Follow-up/lab review: $39

We accepts all major debit and credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards.

You can book directly online through our secure patient portal or appointment link. Choose your service type, select a time, and submit payment to confirm your visit.

We currently serve patients located in Virginia. You must be physically in Virginia during your Telehealth visit.

You’ll schedule your appointment online and receive a secure video link by email or text. Simply click the link at your appointment time to connect with your provider.

Yes. We can order labs and send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy as medically appropriate.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
